Klaviyo as a pipeline source
Klaviyo is the most-asked B2C event source in 2026. Five major vendors cover it natively. The pricing concern is Klaviyo's API rate-limit headroom, not the pipeline tool. Hourly sync is the realistic default; sub-hour requires careful rate-budget management.source - pulled 2026-06-21
Coverage by vendor
| Vendor | Status | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Fivetran | Native | Hourly sync standard; deeper schema coverage |
| Airbyte | Native | OSS + Cloud; community-maintained but stable |
| Stitch | Native | Predictable row-tier billing |
| Hevo | Native | Event-priced, cheap for narrow event streams |
| Portable | Native | Flat $200/mo, no row metering |
| Estuary | Not native | Use Airbyte as upstream or wait for catalogue update |
Klaviyo in detail
Klaviyo's API uses fixed-window rate limiting. Most pipeline vendors back-off correctly but a few hammer the limit during initial historic sync. Confirm initial-sync rate behaviour before signing.
Snowflake is the most common destination for Klaviyo data in 2026; BigQuery is second. For reverse-ETL back into Klaviyo (segments, lists), Census and Hightouch are the realistic choices.
